About Rebekah
Rebekah Van Natta was born on January 27, 1989. She is a wife, mother, identical twin, entrepreneur, author, and athlete whose life reflects a deep passion for faith, family, health, and purpose.
Today, Rebekah’s greatest role is being a full time mom to her son, William. Since becoming a mother, her life and perspective have transformed in powerful ways, shaping both her personal journey and the message she now shares with others. While stepping away from full time personal training, she continues to pursue her passion for health and endurance as a triathlete and fitness advocate. After giving birth to her son, Rebekah returned to racing and completed two triathlons when William was just eight months old, continuing to prove that motherhood and strength can walk hand in hand.
Rebekah is the author of The Growing Christian: Two Paths of the Christian Belief and is currently writing her second book, focused on encouraging mothers through postpartum recovery, faith, perseverance, and rediscovering strength after having children.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2015 when she founded RVNFIT Personal Training and Integrated Reflexology. Through her work, she helped clients pursue physical wellness while encouraging confidence, discipline, and personal growth. Alongside her husband, Andy Martinez, Rebekah also stepped into the real estate world, helping build Entity Mortgage and Realty, where Andy focuses on the mortgage side while Rebekah works in real estate, assisting families through the process of buying and selling homes.
Rebekah’s heart for serving others extends beyond business. Together with her identical twin sister, Rachel, she co-founded The Stride Project, a nonprofit organization created to combine fitness with charitable outreach supporting cancer patients and their families. While the organization is currently on hold during this season of life, the vision behind it remains close to her heart.
Faith remains the foundation of everything Rebekah does. After giving her life fully to Jesus Christ in 2023, her direction, priorities, and purpose shifted dramatically. That transformation led to the creation of Lord and Armor, a Christian apparel and publishing brand founded alongside her husband. Through books, clothing, and faith centered products, Lord and Armor exists to encourage believers to boldly live out their faith and stand firm in Christ.
Rebekah and Andy have also spent time developing the vision for Savior Water, a canned water company created with the mission of giving back and supporting charities across the United States. While still in the idea and development stage, the dream behind Savior Water is to build a company rooted in generosity, purpose, and the love of Jesus. Through prayer, support, and God’s timing, they hope to one day bring that vision to life.
As an athlete, Rebekah has completed multiple triathlons and endurance races over the years, including returning to competition postpartum. Her journey as both a mother and athlete has become a testimony of resilience, discipline, and trusting God through every season of life.
In The Growing Christian, Rebekah shares the lessons, struggles, and spiritual growth that came through surrendering her life to Christ. Her story is one of continual transformation, learning to follow Jesus fully while balancing motherhood, marriage, business, endurance sports, and ministry. Through her writing and personal testimony, Rebekah hopes to encourage others to move beyond simply believing in God and into a daily relationship that truly follows Him.
Rebekah’s life is a reminder that through faith, perseverance, and God’s grace, it is possible to live with purpose while impacting others along the way.
