With 18+ years as a personal trainer, health coach, and integrated reflexologist, I’ve spent my life helping people get stronger. I’m also a Christian author, a wife, and mom to William. My message is simple: time with God while you move can heal you physically, mentally, and spiritually. My twin sister Rachel and I carry our mom Super Sue’s legacy through racing and sharing who Jesus is. My husband Andy and I co-founded Lord and Armor, a Christian apparel brand, and my first book, The Growing Christian, is on Amazon.
